Overview
Nex is Groupe Lacasse’s private office built on mixed planes: low storage layered with standard-height surfaces, refined knife edges, long shaped integrated drawer pulls and offset laminate detailing, in fixed or height-adjustable. Here’s how it works, and when to reach for it.
Nex is a Groupe Lacasse private office built on mixed planes — it layers low storage against standard-height surfaces so a desk, its return and its storage read as one composition working at different levels. The detailing is where it shines: a refined knife edge, and long, shaped, integrated drawer pulls that run the length of the case, with offset black or white laminate picked into the pull to sharpen the line. Tops come in two edge profiles — a clean flat edge with a precise laser-fused finish, or the knife edge finished in matching material on every face so corners miter seamlessly. Nex comes in fixed or height-adjustable, on a clean shrouded leg — the fixed height keeps an especially clean, low profile — and can be ordered in different sizes with a return on either side.

Nex is our pick when a private office should feel composed and detailed. Groupe Lacasse builds it on mixed planes — low storage stepping against standard-height surfaces — so the desk reads as a considered composition. The details carry it: the long, shaped, integrated drawer pulls, the offset laminate line, and one of the finest knife edges you’ll find, finished in matching material with seamless mitered corners. It comes fixed or sit-stand. When an executive office should look truly resolved, Nex is how we build it.
