Paradigm
A robust yet refined panel — an aluminum frame gives the crispest trim on the floor, with materials and power tuned panel by panel and easy reconfiguring as teams change.
Overview
Paradigm keeps it robust and flexible: clean, sleek components that reconfigure easily as teams change, with a rare choice between 3- and 4-circuit power. Here’s how it works, and where it fits.
Paradigm is a Panel System — still the format that fits the large majority of workstation floors — built robust and modular for easy reconfiguration. Uniquely, it’s built in aluminum rather than steel — lighter on the floor, and crisp enough to hold the sharpest trim details. It offers both monolithic and segmented panels (a base with interchangeable glass, fabric or laminate upper segments, where fabric panels double as tackboards), plus laminate gallery panels and stackable panels and screens to add height and privacy. A distinguishing touch: a choice of 3- or 4-circuit power — a simpler, lower-cost three-circuit option, or the full four-circuit with a dedicated isolated circuit for sensitive gear.

Paradigm earns its place by being genuinely adaptable without fuss. The mix of monolithic and segmented panels lets you tune privacy and materials panel by panel, gallery panels and stackable screens flex height where you want it, and the 3-or-4-circuit choice lets us match the electrical to the real budget and load rather than over-building it. Clean, sleek, and easy to reconfigure as the floor changes.
So here’s when we’d specify Paradigm — and when we’d point you elsewhere.
Specify it when
- You want a robust, modular panel system that reconfigures as teams change.
- A rare choice between 3- and 4-circuit power matters.
- Clean, sleek components with privacy, power and data placed per person suit the floor.
- You value a manufacturer that shares our standards and backs us up when a project needs it.
Consider something else when
- You want the broadest architectural range — a flagship panel system goes further.
- Fastest ship and lowest cost lead — a quick-ship panel lands sooner.
- You want maximum open density and daylight — benching opens the plan up.
- You want a warmer, residential feel — a desking system gets there more easily.

- Clean, sleek components.
Configurations & construction
- Monolithic or segmented panels — choose one-piece panels or a base with interchangeable glass, fabric or laminate uppers.
- Fabric panels double as tackboards — pin-friendly privacy where teams want it.
- Gallery panels & stackable screens — laminate gallery panels that take a tempered glass screen (clear or frosted, on corner braces) and double as end-of-run returns, plus stackable screens for add-on height.
- Choice of 3- or 4-circuit power — a lower-cost three-circuit option, or the full four-circuit with a dedicated isolated circuit.
- Easily reconfigurable — robust, modular components that adapt as teams change.
- Aluminum, not steel — a lighter frame that gives the crispest trim details and makes reconfiguring easier.
- Coordinated finishes — panels, screens and storage read as one system.
