Find your product — and the fix.
One place for assembly guides, usage manuals, cleaning, and the questions we hear most. The big one, by a mile, is height-adjustable desks: how to reset them and what an error code means. Start by identifying your handset below.
Sit-stand desks
Step 1: identify your handset.
Your desk’s controller — the handset on the underside of the top — tells you which reset and error-code steps you need. Find the one that looks like yours. (We’ll drop a photo of each exact handset we sell into these slots.)

Step 2: the reset that fixes most things.
A desk that’s stuck, uneven, or showing a fault code almost always comes back with a reset (sometimes called re-initialization or calibration). The general procedure:
Press and hold the Down button until the desk lowers all the way and stops.
Keep holding for a few more seconds — the desk usually dips slightly and beeps, or the display flashes.
Release. The desk has relearned its lowest position, and most error codes clear on the spot.
General procedure — the exact button and timing vary by handset. We’ll list the precise steps and the error-code meanings under each handset above. If a code won’t clear, it’s often an overload or an unplugged leg cable; call us and we’ll sort it.
