Carpet tile wins for commercial floors — you replace a stained or worn tile instead of a whole area, and patterns can zone the space. We spec broadloom only where a seamless look is the priority.
How durable is LVT for heavy traffic?
Commercial-grade LVT holds up to rolling loads and heavy foot traffic, resists moisture, and cleans easily — we spec the wear layer to the traffic.
